Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 or FREE for orders over $120*

  • Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate (not available for EDPs over 5mL, Liquid Diffusers, or Refills)

  • Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate (applies to orders containing Liquid Diffusers or Refills; not eligible for Free or Express Shipping)

Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. During peak periods this may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are from the dispatch date.

Standard Shipping:

  • NSW & ACT: 2–5 business days

  • QLD & VIC: 3–5 business days

  • SA: 4–6 business days

  • TAS: 5–6 business days

  • NT: 7–10 business days

  • WA: 7–11 business days

Express Shipping:

  • NSW & ACT: 1–2 business days

  • QLD, SA, VIC & TAS: 2–3 business days

  • NT: 3–4 business days

  • WA: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping is unavailable for EDPs over 5mL, Liquid Diffusers, or Refills.
Direct Freight deliveries may take an extra day and cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Delivery Method
All orders will be delivered without requiring a signature and may be left in a safe place at your address.
Please ensure your address is secure. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
