^Express Shipped parcels are sent to Geelong and Gold Coast follow the metro location cut-off dates. Newcastle is also included in metro if Standard Shipping.
NOTE: For Express & Parcel Post items being sent outside a non-regional area, please allow additional time. We would recommend 3 - 4 days, however delivery timings vary during the Christmas period. 

Warehouse Closure Dates:

  • To give our team a well-deserved break over the holidays, our warehouse will be on reduced hours. Orders may take 3-4 days longer to dispatch from our warehouse. We'll be back to our regular operations starting January 8th.

 

Tracking Your Delivery:

  • Once your item is shipped, you'll receive an email from us containing your tracking details. In case you don't find this email, kindly check your junk mail. If you need assistance regarding your order's location, you can contact us via email or live chat.

Express Shipping Timeframes:

  • Express Shipping delivers orders in 1-3 business days, contingent upon your location.
  • Orders placed before 9:30 am AEDT are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.
  • Orders with Fragrance Diffusers, Room Spray or Eau de Parfum can't be sent via Express Post.

Standard Shipping Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping delivers orders in 2-7 business days, depending on your Australian location.
  • For an estimate, visit the Australia Post website and use '2116' (Rydalmere) as the 'From' location.
  • Orders with Fragrance Diffusers or Eau de Parfum might take an additional day due to Direct Freight couriers.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Delivery costs $12.95 or is free for orders over $99.
  • Orders with Fragrance Diffusers or Eau de Parfum aren't eligible for free shipping. Due to the high alcohol volume, these products are considered Dangerous Goods and must be sent via courier. A $12.95 delivery surcharge applies.
  • Express Delivery costs $15.95 or is free for orders over $99 until 11.59pm 19th December 2024 ADST.
  • Orders with Fragrance Diffusers, Room Spray or Eau de Parfum cannot be sent via the Express Delivery Network.
